Yes – but only within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we begin processing, especially for custom items, and cannot guarantee cancellation.
Unfortunately, no. We do not accept returns for personalised/customised items, unless they arrive faulty.

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. However, we are not responsible for any items that are damaged during transit by Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched and is in the hands of the delivery provider, we cannot accept liability for any damage incurred during shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, we recommend contacting Royal Mail directly to file a claim. We’re happy to provide any documentation or information needed to assist with your claim.
We use Royal Mail 2nd Class to ship all orders, which usually takes 2-4 working days after dispatch.
Please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch, especially during busy periods. During less busy periods, your order may be shipped more quickly. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you require an update on the status of your order.
