We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s what you need to know:
1. Customised & Personalised Items
Due to the bespoke nature of our handmade products, customised or personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive faulty.
Please double-check spellings, names, and custom details before placing your order. We cannot offer refunds for errors that were submitted by the customer.
2. Standard (Non-Customised) Items
You may return standard (non-personalised) items within 14 days of delivery, provided:

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. However, we are not responsible for any items that are damaged during transit by Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched and is in the hands of the delivery provider, we cannot accept liability for any damage incurred during shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, we recommend contacting Royal Mail directly to file a claim. We’re happy to provide any documentation or information needed to assist with your claim.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Holiday Closures
Please note that we are unable to process orders, returns, or refunds while we are on holiday. During these periods, order fulfilment and customer service may be temporarily paused.
We will always post a clear notice on our website if we are away, including the dates of our holiday closure. Any orders or return/refund requests made during this time will be processed as soon as possible once we return.
